Every lock body.
One module family.
Cat-eye, straight-plate, sliding-cover, handle-fingerprint and full-auto bodies — the AM160 family sits inside all of them at ⌀14/⌀16 mm, with 1,000 templates, 0.3 s and a battery duty-class sibling for the cordless ones.
From form factor to factory
Body type
Straight-plate, sliding cover or full-auto — the form factor picks the envelope, not the module.
Envelope check
Fascia depth and window fit validated against 2D/3D drawings at the sample stage.
Firmware tuning
Capacity, thresholds and battery policy configured per model via the free SDK.
Line build
1 pc sample to 5,000-piece runs; 100% unit test; 2-year warranty; brand config from a few hundred pcs.

Identity stays behind the fascia.
The module enrolls, stores and matches templates locally; the lock firmware just calls it over UART and gets a verdict. No cloud round trip at the door, no server in the factory, no firmware that forgets who the second tenant was.
- Verifying, not guessing — 0.3 s with 360° capture; a first-time placement reads a dry thumb or a gloved finger equally.
- Battery respect — the YYH362L L-class holds the ⌀16 mm cutout on a battery duty cycle; AA-class rails wake it in the same 0.3 s.
- Anti-print defense — fake-finger checks reject molded impressions at 99.99% company lab rate on the AM160/AS608 tiers.
Lock body × module matrix
| Lock form factor | Sensor platform | Recommended module | Key values |
|---|---|---|---|
| BM-class lock base series | Capacitive array class | AM160-YYH60 / BS817 | ⌀14 mm class · 500+ DPI · 0.3 s |
| Cat-eye (peephole) locks | Dual-lens face | BFC350 / BFC388 | RGB+IR liveness · 30–120 cm · USB/UART |
| Straight-plate door locks | Capacitive fingerprint | AM160-YYH860 | ⌀16 mm · 1,000 templates · 0.3 s · −40~85°C |
| Sliding-cover locks | Compact array | AM160-YYH32L / BS807 | ⌀14 mm slim · cover-clearance class · 360° capture |
| Handle-fingerprint locks | Semiconductor array | BS870A / BFM543E | Dry/wet skin handling · thin-profile fit |
| Slider pull-handle locks | Capacitive fingerprint | AM160-YYH360 | ⌀14 mm · high-yield bulk class · 0.3 s |
| Full-auto electronic bodies | Capacitive + optional face | AM160-YYH660 / BFC3A1 | 1,000-capacity tier · motors cooperative · 0.3 s |
One firmware tree serves the whole matrix; the mechanical file set travels with the sample. Battery units use the L-class module; mains-fed full-auto bodies may run the 1,000-capacity tier without duty restrictions.
Three parts of the stack

Identity module
360° capture, 1,000 templates, 0.3 s — the part that greets the tenant.

Crypto option
AS569 adds TDES/AES/RSA key handling for payment-class and fleet management duty.

Face upgrade path
BFC350/388 dual-lens for cat-eye bodies — one firmware, one SDK, next brand generation.
Lock stack FAQs
Yes — the AM160 family covers ⌀14 mm slim, ⌀16 mm full-spec and the battery L-class from one firmware tree and one drawing convention.
The AM160 family is rated for a −40~85°C working class — cold-chain and outdoor construction doors included; per-lot trials on request.
Optional — cat-eye and full-auto bodies can host the dual-lens BFC350/388 class. The build decision is fascia depth against the liveness budget.
