Started with a matcher, not a marketing deck.
Our first product was a fingerprint matching algorithm running on our own silicon. Everything else — sensor arrays, face and vein modules, 2D scan engines, access terminals — came from customer questions that algorithm could not answer alone.
- Vertical by accident, on purpose — chip design, algorithm, module and terminal engineering live under one test bench, so an interface problem is solved by the engineer who wrote the API.
