Story · From algorithm to supply chain

Started with a matcher, not a marketing deck.

Our first product was a fingerprint matching algorithm running on our own silicon. Everything else — sensor arrays, face and vein modules, 2D scan engines, access terminals — came from customer questions that algorithm could not answer alone.

  • Vertical by accident, on purpose — chip design, algorithm, module and terminal engineering live under one test bench, so an interface problem is solved by the engineer who wrote the API.
  • Published terms — MOQ 1 pc, sample lead time 1–3 days, production 10–25 days below 5,000 pcs, free SDK, 48h FAE response, 2-year warranty. No negotiation game at the gate.
  • B2B only — we sell to door OEMs, POS vendors, attendance integrators and government projects; never to consumers — and every unit ships under a brand we stand behind, with our own test report.

The first matcher

Company founded in Zhejiang; the in-house fingerprint matching algorithm runs on our own silicon — the lineage every AS-series chip still carries.

Chip to module

Fingerprint security SoCs pair with BS-series capacitive arrays; first module lines go into door locks and attendance devices.

2011

AM160 family

360° capture fingerprint modules land in ⌀14–16 mm packages — the form factor that became the company's volume workhorse.

Door-lock leadership

Fingerprint chips reach about 70% of China's smart door-lock module supply — share as a company-published estimate, not a third-party audited figure.

RGB+IR liveness

Dual-lens face platforms ship with dual-camera liveness — a photo can open software, it cannot open a door.

Multimodal turn

Security crypto coprocessor (AS569), face algorithm chips and QR decode SoCs enter the catalog — identity stops being a single finger.

Cumulative biometric chip shipments pass 300 million — enrolled, matched, shipped, serviced.

Terminal era

TM-Ai face terminals, network attendance units and door controllers (TCP/IP + RS485) complete the chain from die to door.

4-mil-class 2D decode SoCs (AS732/AS733) and a 47-SKU handheld scanner line round out the barcode portfolio.
