Privacy Policy
Who operates this site. This website is operated by EMS Biometric, a biometric hardware manufacturer with its production base in Zhejiang, China. It is a B2B information and sales channel for chips, modules, scanners and terminals.
What we collect. Only what you submit through the contact form or email: email address, name, country and the content of your requirement. We do not use tracking pixels, ad networks or third-party browser fingerprinting.
How it is used. Inquiry data is read by our sales and FAE desks to answer you — model matching, quotation and technical support. It is shared only with forwarding-to-you services such as couriers, and never rented, sold or traded.
Retention and access. Inquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is possible and deleted on a reasonable cycle. You may request correction or deletion at any time by writing to sales@ems-biometric.com and marking the subject "PRIVACY".
EU / GDPR. For visitors in the EU and UK, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure under the GDPR regime. EMS Biometric acts as data controller for the inquiry data above; our legal basis is the pre-contractual step you initiate (consent-step opt-out: simply do not submit the form, and ask us in writing to erase anything already sent).
Links and data outside. The site links to product, industry and solution pages within its own domain. Technical files shared at the sample stage are covered by your order contract, not by this statement.
Terms of Use
Content ownership. Text, charts, marks and photographs on this site are properties of EMS Biometric or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual-property law. Over 400 registered patents and software works back the technology referenced here.
Third-party trademarks. Trade names, logos and trademarks of other companies appearing in factual or compatibility descriptions are their respective owners' property. We do not claim ownership of, nor affiliation with, any third-party mark — and we do not reproduce foreign logos on this site.
Specification honesty. Published values are typical or family-class where stated; parameters marked "on request" are supplied with the datasheet package. The pages do not claim certificates that are not already held and published on our Quality page.
Limitation of liability. The site is provided as-is for trade-information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, EMS Biometric is not liable for decisions taken from stale datasheets or unconfirmed values; any binding specification is the one in your written offer.
Applicable law and changes. These statements are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of our registered base and updated at any time without notice. The version on this page is the operative one.
